Do not take our word for any of it. Every certificate we issue carries the testing laboratory’s own accession or certificate ID, and you can pull the report straight from the lab — without going through us.

Wholesale kits ship from our verified warehouse. You receive a tracking number within 2–3 business days of the order being placed, via FedEx or UPS — whichever is quicker on your lane. Door to door is typically 7 days; we quote 7–14 so customs and carrier delays don’t make us late.
Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays and customs clearance are outside our control — if a consignment runs past the quoted window we will tell you where it is.
